How long does a typical project take?

Most icon systems take 4-8 weeks depending on complexity and scope. Illustration style development is usually 3-5 weeks. We’ll give you a realistic timeline after our initial consultation.

Can you work with our existing design system?

Absolutely. We’ll audit your current system, identify gaps, and integrate new assets seamlessly. No need to start from scratch if you’ve got a foundation.

What file formats do you deliver?

We deliver SVG for scalability, plus exported PNG at multiple sizes. If you need other formats â€” PDF, WEBP, icon fonts â€” we can prepare those too.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes. We include multiple revision rounds in every project. If you need changes after delivery, we’re available for additional refinements.

Can you work with teams outside Malaysia?

We work with teams worldwide. Communication happens via email, video calls, and shared project management tools. Time zones aren’t a barrier for us.

What’s the difference between flat and outlined icons?

Flat icons are solid fills, outlined icons use strokes. Each has different use cases. We’ll recommend the right approach for your interface during discovery.
